-Sit in silence
-Breathe into my heart center
-Go outside in nature, listen to and feel the sensations that arise in my body
Your heart wants to be heard. It has messages to share. Take time daily to nurture and connect to your heart. Listen to what the subtle energy inside has to reveal. Bringing awareness to your heart, even for 3 minutes a day, will create peace in your life.

Lovely, Erin. I also like to breathe “into” my heart. Inhale, my heart expands. Exhale, my heart softens. It makes such a difference when I start my day that way. xo
