What is your calibration?

Take a little time daily to sit quietly and be curious about the relationship between your body and soul and see what unfolds for you.  Sitting quietly, for even 3 minutes a day, will begin to make a difference in your life and the life of those around you.  If you tell yourself that you, “Don’t have the time,” start with one minute a day.  Doing this exercise right when you wake up or before you go to sleep can be easy to implement meditation into your life.
