Meditation practice:
Set a timer for at least 3 minutes. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breathes into your belly.
Relax your shoulders and body.
Now breathe into your chest. Feel your chest expanding.
Stay there, in your heart center and have an easy flowing breath.
Notice any sensations or emotions that arise without any attachment or judgment.
After the timer goes off, turn up the corners of your mouth and slowly open your eyes.
