Send yourself love and light

A self-healing practice:
Set a timer for at least 3 minutes.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes resting your hands, palms up, on your legs.
Take a few deep belly breathes and relax your body.
Imagine a larger you or your soul around you sprinkling love and light down upon your body.
Breathe and receive.
When the timer goes off, smile and slowly open your eyes.
Enjoy your day. xo
